COMMUNICATIONS REQUEST FORM

We want others to know what we do, how they can get involved, and how the Lord wants to connect us at Elevation Community Church.  Whether you are seeking an email announcement, a Sunday morning service announcement, or any other communication, we need to be have time for creating and placement (not to mention our best work is done with enough advance notice!).  So please complete this form, and allow 2 weeks in advance for review and approval by staff and elders.  Thank you!
